The total trajectory has changed for existing people on earth. Whether you are an executive or a labor, you have 24 hours a day. Are your hours organized? Are they giving you what you want in life? Way back in the 19th century, it was thought that if you have more land, you are well lived. Later on, it was considered happy people if you have more money. Now it is thought that if you have the store house of specific data organized, you are the richest human.

You must have got a lot of things to do. You’re probably also busy trying to figure out how to get more done in less time. It’s not uncommon for entrepreneurs and small business owners to spend their maximum time every day managing the business — and then struggling to find time for themselves. If this sounds familiar, don’t despair! I’ve got some tips for freeing up your 25th hour so that you can use those precious minutes on innovation as well as leisure.

Innovation is the lifeblood of entrepreneurship.

Innovation is the key to success in any industry. It’s not just about new products and services, but also about new ways of doing things — and it can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.

The point here is that innovation is a mindset, not just a skill set: if you’re going to build your business on this idea, then you need to embrace it fully; otherwise, there will always be someone else out there who does what you do better than anyone else can hope for!

A recent study of over 3,400 entrepreneurs found that 65 percent of their time is spent doing things they didn’t expect.

The problem with this, of course, is that it’s not just entrepreneurs who are spending their time doing things they didn’t expect to do. It’s also you and me — and the world at large.

This doesn’t have to be the case. You don’t need to be an entrepreneur or even work in a job that requires innovation and creativity all day long if you don’t want to (though some people find it rewarding).

Automate your routine tasks

If you want your life to be less stressful and more meaningful, then there are steps you can take right now:

  • Set aside time each week for personal growth by reading books or taking classes online — or even watching TED talks online! This will help guide your thinking on how best use your 25th hour so as not only make money but also live an extraordinary life with purpose through positive action rather than negative reaction.”
  • Use technology to take care of routine tasks.
  • Use some of the time management tools to help you manage your day and stay on top of things.
  • Set aside an hour each day for prioritizing work, which will help you stay focused and productive throughout the day. You can also create recurring tasks that are scheduled for later in the week, so they don’t get forgotten about until then, like cleaning up email inboxes or reviewing documents before presenting them at meetings with co-workers.
  • Create a calendar from your favorite apps such as Google Calendar (which includes reminders), Day One (great for managing project schedules), Fantastical 2 ($2), or Sunrise ($5). You can also use tools like Trello ($25/month) or Asana ($20/month). These programs allow users to track their progress across several projects simultaneously as well as collaborate with others when needed — all while helping automate certain parts of workflow processes!

Schedule Some “Systems Thinking” Time

You’re likely familiar with the concept of systems thinking, which is all about looking at a system from an outside perspective and thinking about how it could be improved. Systems thinking is a useful tool for identifying where you can make improvements to your own life or business, especially if you have a long-term goal in mind that requires planning.

Here are some examples of how you might use systems thinking:

  1. Think about ways to improve efficiency within your team or organization so that everyone works together more effectively. If one team member doesn’t understand something another does, consider creating an app that allows them both access to each other’s work files and shared resources (like email). This will allow everyone involved in the project — including those who aren’t directly involved — to stay informed on what’s happening at all times without having their inboxes clogged up with irrelevant messages!
  2. Think about making changes based on feedback from customers/clients/patients etc., since this kind of input can help ensure that improvements are made over time as opposed to being forced upon them suddenly after launch day (or even worse — after launch weekend!).

Don’t Just Delegate; Empower Your Team

  • Take the time to explain the task.
  • Give them the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Make sure they know what is expected of them and check in regularly to make sure they are on track.
  • Sometimes, enquire about their family time.

Schedule Everything On Your To-Do List

When you’re planning your day, schedule everything on your to-do list, even sleep, and meals. This can be difficult to do initially, but it’s worth it in the long run. Scheduling helps you stay focused and keep track of what needs to get done so that you don’t have any gaps in productivity or forgetfulness during the day.

For example: if I have a meeting at 3 pm, then I would make sure that my lunch is scheduled for 2 pm so that I won’t be hungry by 4 (which would affect my performance). Similarly, if I am going out with friends after work around 7 pm then there should be no reason why they wouldn’t be able to stay till 9 pm because we did not plan this earlier in advance.”

Embrace Technology To Do Things In Less Time

A lot of people are still stuck in the old way of thinking. They believe that you can only get a job done by working hard and staying late at night, or they think that if they don’t have time to go out with friends, then they’ll never have time for anything else.

Well, guess what? You’re wrong! Technology is here to help us all become more productive — and it’s already doing so much for us!

The most important thing about technology is that it allows us to focus on what matters most in life: our work and family responsibilities (or lack thereof). If you’re looking for ways to cut back on wasted hours spent doing things like washing dishes or vacuuming up dust bunnies from under furniture cushions every day but don’t know where exactly those hours go…

Leverage Technology For A Competitive Edge

In today’s world, technology can help you to be more productive. You can be more efficient and organized with the right apps and systems. Technology also makes it easier for you to manage your time better, as well as being able to be more creative or communicate with other people in real-time. If you are capable of making a real impact on people’s lives with your ideas and creations, Start building your enterprise that will stay relevant far beyond your tenure.

Create Life-Long Assets For Peaceful Life

Who does not want freedom? But as a matter of fact, it is a related term. Some people have a lot of money but do not have time. Some people have a lot of time but no money. If you go for a job and earn money you have freedom of money when you have a sufficient package. Some of my friends have a lot of time but they starve for money. They do not earn adequately because they do not have the required skills or specific knowledge that become responsible to attract money.

Understand The Concept of the 25th Hour For Financial Freedom

If something happens to your ability and you stop earning, your income is in danger. If I earn as a top executive and in case my mental ability is lost due to external injury, I am of no use to the organization which is paying me a handsome salary. I am not financially secured until I get regular income from a source. You are financially secured when your income is not dependent on your time spent. Surprisingly, it may happen even if you do not give time or are not present on earth, there may be a continuous flow of money!
