If you are in digital marketing, you need to know the hidden secrets of content writing. To make the way through market in effective way, you have to understand the psychology of customer. You have to find out his needs first than yours. If I have a severe tooth ache and you are talking about a cold wave killing a couple of tourists, I may be least bother about cold ware but my own pain.

In fact there is no single secret that work for the effectiveness but combination of few of them. If you prepare a delicious dish for dinner, the required ingredients make it tasty but one of the ingredients is missing you are likely to reject the food served. Even if you have make the dish delicious with all the ingredients but if the guest does not like the dish due to his own reasons like his upset stomach or lack of hunger, your dish may not be consumed. So it is very much necessary to reach to the heart and mind of customer for your contents.

Motivation Of Audience

1. Persuade Adequate Language

I was attracted by an image of advertisement for my need but the language used on specific page was in other regional language and I could not understand the logic and so I dropped the whole idea of purchasing. The language of the content should be used more carefully for different regions. Sometimes translation can be useful but one has to be careful for exact meaning and therefore it should be rechecked for true meaning.

Regional language ads are powerful but does not work if it is used in inadequate region. So proper place, proper language at proper time will work like magic. During my stay in the south, I observed that most of the ads failed drafted in national language however it is widely accepted through out the country.

2. Create The Content That Lasts

Constant level of sustained interest is more beneficial than the casual contents. The piece is content created will always be fresh if it is evergreen. Seasonal outburst of contents are not evergreen and therefore they work for occasions but evergreen contents work through out the year consistently. Of course it does not mean that seasonal campaign useless. They work well with under the strong backup of evergreen contents.

Whenever I used to create contents in my channel for small technical hacks, they vanished after considerable time but the content created on principles, values and norms, they always proved to be evergreen with passage of time. Repetition of mission statement and vision will always create trust worthy brands.

3. Monitor Rivals

One of the ways to observe the customer preferences, likes and dislikes is the close watch over the activities of competitors. From their strategies, you can predict the market trends and your desirable action for your publishing schedules, novel idea of brand analysis.

When you see the plants, you can observe that some portion of the plant is hidden inside the ground. Some part of stem and root can not be eaten away by birds and at the same time hidden portion is also useful for nurturing. In the same manner, keep some of the portion of your strategies, goals and objectives hidden to yourself only, so that rivals can not observe and snatch away your secrets.

4. Videos Vs Text Contents

It is sometimes said that an image speaks thousand words. It is eight to ten seconds matter and your content is sold or rejected. An attractive video is the fastest tool by which you can grab the attention of the customer with fastest means. Most of the customers are with born in nature of procrastination and generally prefer videos over texts. Video is an effective brand engaging element and it has higher retention of customers than mere texts.

A good pieces of script in the video always engages the customer for almost 70% of the duration and probabilities of conversion is increased. A strategical loop created during the video leads to call to action and effective closing takes place.

5. Journalise The Content Strategies

Sometimes your strategies prove to be best but other time it may fail. Proper recording of events and matrices may be useful for next course of action and effectiveness. Retentions, sales, engagement and even rejections if recorded may give good forecast for your next course of action. Graphical presentation of the data may even give quickest idea for rapid actions.

Since the market is booming to billions of dollars, in existing digital era, the content has become the king. Customer centric approach and strong relationship with users may lead to more successful business growth.
