A Grandfather’s Influence on Longevity

I am unsurprised that my grandfather lived a fulfilling life of 99 years. His habits, values, and unique practices deeply impressed me. One of the most intriguing aspects of his life was his habit of not speaking while eating. While longevity is influenced by numerous factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and health, this particular habit was a notable characteristic of his personality.
