In ancient days when a monk was preaching to several people and there was a sudden cyclone. Everybody tried to settle in at a safe place but the monk closed his eyes and sat without physical movement. After a while when the cyclone settled, everybody came back to the monk. One of the elderly persons asked the monk,

“We ran to a safer place, did not you run?”

The monk said,

“I also ran, I found a safe place inward!”

Just like the outside world, there is the inside world too.

Let us talk about the introverted world or the inner journey.
