Painful memories and past experiences often become the root cause of emotional distress and, in some cases, can tragically lead to suicide. I released a video addressing this issue a couple of years ago. Allow me to share my insights on how individuals grapple with life’s challenges, suppress their inner turmoil, and, without a healthy outlet, fall victim to devastating consequences.
In today’s fast-paced world, people’s struggles and pressures often remain hidden beneath the surface. Individuals may appear composed, successful, or even joyous from the outside while their inner world battles despair, loneliness, or overwhelming stress. History and current events alike are filled with examples of seemingly strong personalities — leaders, thinkers, and artists — who succumbed to the pressures of life due to an inability to share their emotional burdens. There is a crucial role of emotional outlets in maintaining mental health and let me highlight the tragic consequences of their absence. Through real-life examples and lessons, we explore why breaking the silence can save lives and bring inner peace.
