Today, I want to share my experiences and insights on nurturing children. While some of you may have different perspectives on certain ideas, I encourage you to read through this article with an open mind. Parenting is one of life’s most significant responsibilities, yet many parents unknowingly adopt an ownership mindset toward their children. They believe their children are extensions of themselves, shaping them based on personal desires rather than fostering their unique identities. However, a more effective and fulfilling approach is to see yourself as a trustee — a guide who nurtures, protects, and empowers rather than controls.

Both of my children studied in English medium and I wished them to be medical doctors, however, they had aptitude for software development and both became highly paid software engineers in multinational companies. I understood the subject concept and adopted.
