Balance The Mind, Body, And Spirit Through Pyramid Meditation
Before discussing the pyramid or pyramid meditation, let us first understand cosmic energy. Cosmic energy is the subtle energy that permeates the entire universe. It is a form of energy that is believed to be present in all things and is sometimes also referred to as “universal energy,” “prana,” or “life force energy.” Every substance has some energy whether it is static or dynamic.
According to ancient traditions such as Ayurveda, yoga, and Chinese medicine, cosmic energy flows through our bodies and all around us, influencing our physical, mental, and emotional states. This energy is said to be responsible for maintaining balance and harmony in the universe, and when we are in tune with it, we can experience a greater sense of well-being and vitality.
While cosmic energy cannot be seen or measured directly, it is believed to be influenced by natural phenomena such as the sun, moon, stars, and planets, as well as human thoughts, emotions, and actions. Various practices such as meditation, yoga, and qigong (The word “qigong” is composed of two Chinese characters: “qi”, meaning life force or energy and “gong” meaning cultivation or practice. Therefore, qigong can be translated as “cultivating life energy.”) are believed to help individuals access and work with this energy, promoting physical and emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection to the universe.

Some of the scientists were also surprised when fish or insects thrown from the sea when stuck in pyramid structures…
